The local residents in Memphis and Shelby County, TN sometimes can or may see the street billboards of the advertisements by a law firm whose name is Morgan & Morgan.

That law firm is one of the most disgusting law firms in the United States. That law firm should not practice law in Memphis and Shelby County.

A case manager in the law firm whose name is Mr. Preston Blair can explain why.

The Memphis City Councilmembers approved and confirmed Cerelyn ‘C.J.’ Davis as Memphis Police Department chief on or about January 21, 2025, Tuesday (01/21/2025). We have two(2) recommendations for her today on January 23, 2025.

First, please, remove, radicate, eliminate, liquidate so-called “police crime” within MPD or local law enforcements in the year of 2025 ‘if it exists’. Or please, pay attention to such allegations/issues/possibilities of police corruptions/misconducts/crime within MPD or local law enforcements ‘if they exist’.

Second, please, try to make some efforts to launch an organization or organize a special unit/committee for detecting or investigating police crime, misconducts, corruptions, or such allegations/issues/possibilities in Memphis, TN.

We don’t think such things can happen soon or are pessimistic about such happening in the very near future. However, we write this editorial for the record in the year of 2025.

The local communities should pay attention to such issues/allegations/possibilities of “Rotten Apples” or “Bad Apples”.

Rotten apples should be thrown away.

Tennessee has 33 districts in the Tennessee Senate. Tennessee’s 31st Senate district has been represented by Republican Brent Taylor since 2022. District 31 covers parts of Memphis and its immediate suburbs to the east, including most of Germantown and most of Collierville, and some of unincorporated Shelby County.

Mr. Brent Taylor is a Tennessee Senator. According to the information of the websites about him, he was born on August in 1968. He married Ms. Kimberly and has 2 children. He is a Baptist. He graduated from Northwest Mississippi Community College. He studied mortuary science. He was a funeral director.

He was involved in Commerce and Labor Committee, Transportation and Safety Committee, Judiciary Committee, Joint Commerce, Labor, Transportation and Agriculture, Joint Judiciary and Government in the General Assembly, TN, as a member, Vice-Chairperson, or 2nd Vice-Chairperson.

He was or is a Senate member of the 113th through 114th General Assembly. He was a Chairman in Memphis City Councilman. He was a Shelby County Commissioner. He was a former President/CEO of Brentwood Funeral Services.

We have a political recommendation both towards and for him today on January 18, 2025 (01/18/2025).

First, we think Mr. Steve Mulroy has been doing good and even great in the county of Shelby County in the State of Tennessee and in the United States of America. Therefore, Mr. Brent Taylor does NOT have to perform such political attacks against Mr. Mulroy.

Second, we recommend Mr. Taylor to perform other kinds of political and social campaigns in Shelby County. Such campaigns should be about political corruptions, judicial corruptions, government corruptions, kleptocracy in Shelby County and in Tennessee, and so on.

Third, Mr. Taylor has been producing such images of being or becoming as a politician who is old type, behind the times, biased, prejudiced, skewed, or unsophisticated (politically, culturally, or academically). It is time for him to try to change his political images in the year of 2025. It is or can be a great year for him to do that in 2025 because it is a new year for everyone in Shelby County in Tennessee.

There are a lot of things to do in Shelby County this year. The Tennesseans and the Memphians don’t have time to waste in this precious year. Mr. Taylor is one of them.

We’d like to talk about the autonomous capacity in Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee today on January 11, 2025.

There are things that we disagree with “Tennessee Republicans”. And there are things that we agree with them, too. In other word, in part we agree, in part we disagree.

And our argument or analysis today may or can disappoint the proud Memphians and the local residents in Shelby County to some degree because they may not have thought of or expected our STANCE in term of such aspects which we’re going to talk about as below.

What do you think of the AUTONOMOUS CAPACITY in Memphis and Shelby County, TN?

First of all, we don’t want to overgeneralize all of the aspects of the local governments in Memphis and Shelby County.

Second, even though we don’t want to overgeneralize, we still think that such local governments and especially some local government officials or employees have serious problems. Therefore, we agree with the “Tennessee Republicans” to some degree in terms of so-called “autonomous capacity”.

Third, in cases of such unqualified government officials, they really should not have accepted positions as public officials nor should they have gone into public service at all from the beginning.

Fourth, some types of government officials here in Memphis and Shelby County does not work for the local community nor they work for public interests. Such unqualified people work only for their own personal interests or private profit. In other words, they don’t fit for public service at all.

Fifth, worse cases than such unqualified officials are corrupt ones. They are corrupt. They are more corrupt than you just can imagine.

Sixth, worst cases are criminals in the local governmental system. Presumption of Innocence. As you already know, they say that it is a cardinal principle of American system of justice that every person accused of a crime is presumed to be innocent unless and until his or her guilt is established beyond a reasonable doubt.

Therefore, we use “suspects” instead. Those suspects in the local governments in Memphis and Shelby County really should be detected and removed from their positions. In some serious cases, those suspects should be detected, indicted, punished, and sent to prisons.

Seventh, we summarize or sum up our arguments. Some types of such serious suspects are malignant tumors in Memphis and Shelby County. They should be detected and removed, or punished. The rotten parts should be removed with a special drill.

Some government officials not only don’t have the autonomous capacity, but also are SUSPECTS.

Why do they continue to do political attacks towards Steve Mulroy who is the District Attorney of Shelby County, Tennessee? It is both an interesting question and an tantalizing topic.

Who are “they” in this context? They are “Tennessee Republicans”. The political party of Mulroy is Democratic. Let’s compare the current situation to that of boxing.

Some Republican politicians have been continuing to “jab” or prod Mulroy in the ribs with their left boxing gloves. But it didn’t make Mulroy bruised (yet). ㅡMulroy is resilient to physical attacks. He takes blows well. In other words, He is hard-trained or well-trained against being beaten.

The important governmental seats in Tennessee are limited. For example, the seat for the governor of Tennessee is only one(1). The Republican politicians may be afraid to face such possibilities or scenarios that they may have to compete against Mulroy for such important seats in the State of Tennessee someday in the future.

Wild animals tended to fight against each other when they had limited foods and when they had to compete for them. Countries tended to be involved in wars or military conflicts when they had to compete for the limited lands. Young guys sometimes ended up fighting each other at a bar in Tennessee over a cute girl who attracted their attentions. But the cute girl was only one person, and that’s why they fought even though the scenes at the bar evolved into ugly ones.

Political support for Mulroy and social coalition towards him are deep-rooted, ingrained, unshaken, and rock solid in Memphis and Shelby County, TN. Mulroy not only has a broad base of support here in these local communities, but also the supporting group for him has a “concrete floor” at the bottom.

“Power struggle” or “struggle for power” were universal, omnipresent, or ubiquitous phenomena throughout human history. Memphis, Shelby County, or Tennessee are not exceptions. However, political slander, plot, or scheme are different. Or they have different context or connotation.

[Editorial] State Farm Insurance in Memphis and Shelby County, TN (January 9, 2025).

Founded in 1922, State Farm is, according to the Wikipedia encyclopedia, the largest property, casualty, and auto insurance provider in the United States. State Farm is said to be ranked 39th or 42nd in the 2024 Fortune 500, which lists American companies by revenue.

The encyclopedia says that Michael L. Tipsord is the Chairman of the company. And Jon Farney is the President & CEO(chief executive officer) there.

Mr. Tipsord was said to be born on or about June 20, 1959 and raised in Illinois, graduated with a B.S. degree summa cum laude in 1981, from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, and a J.D. degree in 1984 magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tipsord replaced Edward B. Rust Jr. as chairman on September 1, 2015.

Mr. Jon Farney was said to receive a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University, Normal and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan. Farney joined State Farm in 1993 and has served in a variety of executive leadership positions including assistant vice president – securities products, assistant vice president – planning & analysis, vice president – financial operations and operations vice president – underwriting.

These indivisuals were and are the CEOs of the company in record. They were and are George J. Mecherle 1922–1937 (14 years), Raymond Mecherle 1937–1954 (16 years) Adlai Rust 1954–1970 (15 years), Edward B. Rust Sr. 1970–1985 (14 years), Edward B. Rust Jr. 1985–2015 (29 years), Michael L. Tipsord 2015–2024(about 10 years), Jon Farney 2024–present.

Michael L. Tipsord (Chairman) and Jon Farney (President & CEO) can or should explain why State Farm has been so much or extremely hated in the city of Memphis, in the county of Shelby County, in the State of Tennessee, and in the United States of America.

State Farm is arguably one of the most hated, detested, disliked, or despised companies, by the general public, in the United States let alone to Memphis and Shelby County.

Steve Mulroy is the District Attorney of Shelby County, Tennessee. He is a diamond in Shelby County. He is a genius in the legal circles in the State of Tennessee. His approaches about social problems are analytical, rather than fragmentary.

Generally speaking, it is very understandable that violent crime is the urgent and important issue which has such priorities in terms of implementing DA policies and authorities because Memphis and Shelby County have such social problems.

However, we recommend the DA office to have a second look in terms of the white-collar crime and it related hybrid crime in Shelby County because some elements of such crime can or may be connected to such violent crime here in Shelby County.

Steve Mulroy is an exceptional person in the legal circles in Tennessee. The case of his character is very rare in the United States in terms of as a person who has prosecutorial power. He is intelligent. He is unassuming, humble, or unpretentious. But his humility does not cover his illustrious intelligence.

Steve Mulroy can or should be reelected as a DA if he want. Mr. Mulroy can or should be a governor in the State of Tennessee in the future if he want. Mulroy can or should be a justice in the Supreme Court in Tennessee, too, if he want. Mulroy can or should be a President of the United States of America someday in the future, if he want, because he is qualified to lead this nation. He can or should be a justice in the Supreme Court in the United States, too, if he want.

The Memphians and the Tennesseans sometimes saw lopsided politicians performed some immature political attacks towards Mr. Mulroy. However, Mulroy successfully showed his well balanced judgment and opinion.

Steve Mulroy is a diamond in Shelby County where the reputation of the legal circles is polluted and criticized. And he is handsome and likeable. Yes, he is a very likeable man.

This editorial is about the Case No. CT-4094-20 in Shelby County Circuit Court of Tennessee in the United States.

Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang in the case should NOT be arrested, indicted, convicted, or punished on the accounts of contempt of court or any harassment. Or any additional sanctions should NOT be imposed against Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang because of such writings.

The opposing counsel, Mr. R. Scott Vincent filed some documents on December 12, 2024. In the document, it seemed that Mr. Vincent tried to argue that Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang made “inappropriate“ and “harassing“ statements “regarding the parties and this Court“.

However, Mr. Vincent‘s intentional arguments can and should be interpreted as inappropriate and harassing towards Mr. Hwang.

These are the writings hereinafter or as below. The general public can read them and make their own assessment.

To the bad guys, suspects, and criminals, (April 25, 2024).

https://hwangstory.com/2024-12-03_conference

First of all, those three writings are not related at all. Such writings are not directly related or connected.

Secondly, we comment on such writing, “To the bad guys, suspects, and criminals,“(April 25, 2024). There was no specified person in that writing. There could not exist any specific person in the writing because Mr. Hwang was just vaguely saying towards unknown suspects or bad people if such people existed. There was no specified target in the writing. Furthermore, there was no violence in that writing. And there was no threat of violence in that writing, either. It seems to be just a vague grumble or such an expression of dissatisfaction.

Thirdly, we comment on such writing, “Their Kids & their Parents“ (May 1, 2024). There was no specified person in the writing.

Fourthly, we comment on such writing, [Hwang] “Murderous Look” or “Bloodthirsty Look” (December 3, 2024).

(a) Such Mr. Hwang‘s expression or comment is and should be protected and guaranteed by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

(b) In the writing, Mr. Hwang just said, “This was Mr. Hwang’s subjective feeling“. He said that it was just his “subjective feeling“. It was not about any OBJECTIVE FACTS. It was just his SUBJECTIVE FEELING.

(c) Furthermore, there was no violence in that writing. And there was no threat of violence in that writing, either. It seems to be just a vague grumble or such an expression of dissatisfaction.

(d) The sheriff was not specified in that writing. And the name of sheriff was not mentioned or specified in that writing. And Mr. Hwang even does not know his name.

(e) Mr. Hwang does not have any intent for commiting or violating any accounts of “contempt of court”.

(f) The website was just Mr. Hwang’s personal and private website. (www.hwangstory.com).

(g) Mr. Hwang just began to operate the website since he became a victim of car accidents. His intent and the purpose of the website were, are, and will be about PUBLIC INTERESTS or COMMON GOOD in the society by sharing his personal story since such the car accidents.

Fifth, Mr. Hwang is a man of moral integrity. He put high value on his name, honor, and conscience. He is the producer of such media projects including AmericanTV(www.americantv.org), TennesseeTV(www.tennesseetv.org), and MemphisTV(www.memphistv.org). And he is the publisher and editor of such media projects including The Memphis Times(www.memphistimes.org), The Tennessee Times(www.tennesseetimes.org), and the American Newspaper(www.americannewspaper.org). Those media projects successfully show that Mr. Hwang’s intent is about PUBLIC INTERESTS or COMMON GOOD in the society. Mr. Hwang also has more than several documentary projects which will be made or produced in the future.

Such any attempt to try to FRAME Mr. Hwang should be stopped immediately, censured, denounced, or condemned.

A criminal complaint (or an affidavit of complaint) was sent or filed, on November 22, 2024, Friday (11/22/2024), at on or about 1:30AM, to law enforcements against attorney(judge) Felicia Corbin-Johnson, against attorney Kip E. Whittemore, and against unknown suspects.

The affiant stated, under oath, the relevant facts, especially the essential facts constituting the offense(s). The information was believable and reliable. The judge was suspected to abuse her discretion intentionally or on purpose. The law enforcements should investigate this criminal complaint and its related cases because there were PROBABLE CAUSES in the cases.

Those suspects were suspected to commit crime or criminal activities especially on or about November 1, 2023, Wednesday (11/1/2023) in a
courtroom in Shelby County of Tennessee in the United States of America.

It seemed to be so-called set-up crime or such suspected
allegations/possibilities when the attorney(judge) Corbin-Johnson dismissed the case by her oral order on or about November 1, 2023, Wednesday (11/1/2023), and/or when the attorney Whittemore performed in the courtroom at the same time on the same day. And it seemed that there could/might/must have been other unknown suspects behind the scene or under the table.

The affiant raised such issues of the allegations/possibilities of the judicial crime, the judicial misconduct(s), and/or the obstruction of justice including, but not limited to the white-collar crime, the hybrid crime, the litigation crime, and/or the litigation interferences in those matters or actions.

This is the information of the case. The Circuit Court for/of Shelby County of Tennessee for the Thirtieth Judicial District at Memphis, Docket Case No: CT-4094-20. The Court of Appeals of Tennessee at Jackson, Docket Case No. W2023-01703-COA-R3-CV.

The distorted form of PLUTOCRACY in Tennessee is very serious problem and social issue. One of the fundamental problems around the city of Memphis in the county of Shelby County in the State of Tennessee is that the reality or actuality of the rule of law here in this jurisdiction are suspected to have or show criminality, depravity, inaction, or/and malfunction.

It is suspected that the psychopathy and the sociopathy exist in terms of injury industry, legal circles, and corrupt government officials here in this jurisdiction. And such criminals or suspects have been destroying innocent indivisuals’ lives in Memphis and in Shelby County, Tennessee.

Those criminals, suspects, psychopaths, or sociopaths are really endstage malignant tumors in this community. The law enforcements should investigate this criminal complaint and its related cases. And the local residents and American citizens should pay attention to these issues in order to make this community a better place.

This editorial is about the case as below.

Shelby County Circuit Court of Tennessee at Memphis, Docket Case No: CT-4094-20.
Court of Appeals of Tennessee at Jackson, Docket Case No. W2023-01703-COA-R3-CV.

Enough is enough. Criminal investigations should be performed about this case and its related casees. MPD and Shelby County sheriff’s office had already lost their moral integrity. Shelby County District Attorney’s office, TBI, and FBI should open this case and perform criminal investigations.
